Good pretzels - long waits

I was looking for money / product choice when I got a saying that you just want to look or buy something then I put the money down he said he would not serve me how can something like that serve customers best no stars

Very friendly staff🤗. The products also taste super delicious 😋 I'm completely satisfied

The quality of the pretzels is great, but the older gentleman who has served me several times is really incredibly unfriendly.

Was probably too hot in front of the stove? A smile and a little more friendliness can work wonders. The customer is happy 🥳

I have already visited several branches of the chain and was always satisfied - but what happened on my first visit to this branch .... 3 impaired fellow citizens (blind / visually impaired) were treated very degrading by a responsible person (possibly the branch manager). I have seldom seen anything so arrogant and arrogant. Since I just passed everything - although the quality is always very good. It was my first and last time in this branch.
